Virtual Playmaker Program

The Remote Personal Coaching Program is designed to support basketball players remotely through a comprehensive plan that addresses their diet, strength training, basketball training, film review, reflective journaling, and goal-setting. The program spans three months, with weekly virtual meetings and a structured plan for players to follow independently.

Program Components:

  • Weekly Film Review

    • Weekly, one-on-one game recaps and film reviews to analyze your performance from a college-level perspective. Gain insights into spacing, game functionality, and key improvements.

  • Strength Training Program

    • 3-4 day, basketball related weekly workout guide.

    • Created by CPT (certified personal trainer) and JabStep to also include plyometric and mobility work.

  • Basketball Training Program

    • Guided , professional exercises to improve five categories: Ball handling, shooting, finishing, passing, and defense.

  • Dietary Program

    • Customized meal plans and tailored nutritional recommendations designed to support optimal performance and overall health.

  • Goal Setting and Progressive Tracking

    • Track and achieve personalized progress with clear, measurable goals throughout the program.

  • Reflective Journaling

    • Think beyond basketball to build confidence, reflect on yourself, and see how the game impacts your daily life.
