Strength Training Program
3-4 day, basketball related weekly workout guide.
Created by CPT (certified personal trainer) and JabStep to also include plyometric and mobility work.
Basketball Training Program
Guided , professional exercises to improve five categories: Ball handling, shooting, finishing, passing, and defense.
Dietary Program
Customized meal plans and tailored nutritional recommendations designed to support optimal performance and overall health.
Goal Setting and Progressive Tracking
Track and achieve personalized progress with clear, measurable goals throughout the program.
Reflective Journaling
Think beyond basketball to build confidence, reflect on yourself, and see how the game impacts your daily life.
